My name is Mattie Murray and I have a passion for waxing and making everyone feel and look beautiful! I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2018 and the majority of that time since I have been waxing the Denver metro area and training/mentoring other professional waxers. I started Peachy Skin Aesthetics because I wanted to create a safe space for my clients in which where I could fully provide a 100% quality service. I love making people feel good inside and out and meeting people from all different walks of life! In my free time I love to watch movies/reality TV, being outside and in nature, traveling, learning new things, going to concerts and trying new foods! Cancellation Policy

Waxing Appointment Late/Reschedule/Cancellation Policies Hey there! I am excited to see you for your waxing appointment! To help everything run smoothly, I have put together a few guidelines regarding late arrivals, rescheduling and cancellations. 1.Appointment Reminders Gloss Genius will send you a friendly reminder about your appointment via text or email about 72 hours before your appointment and a second reminder 24 hours before your appointment. 2. Late Arrivals ● Life happens! If you’re running late, just let me know.(text,call or email.) (720)-534-3627 or peachyskinaesthetics@gmail.com ● If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service time or reschedule your appointment to ensure you and my other clients receive the best service possible! 3.RESCHEDULING : ● Notice Requirement: To reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to accommodate other clients and manage my schedule effectively. ● RESCHEDULING FEES: Appointments rescheduled within less than 24 hours notice 3 times in row, will be charged the full service amount. This fee helps cover lost time and resources. ● Limit on Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule an appointment up to three times. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to approval. ● How to Reschedule: You can reschedule your appointment by calling at (720)-534-3627 , emailing us at peachyskinaesthetics@gmail.com, or using the online booking system: https://peachyskinaesthetics.glossgenius.com/ ● Exceptions: I understand that emergencies happen! If you have an emergency or are unable to attend due to illness, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you. 3. Cancellations ● If you need to cancel, I would appreciate a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance. ● Last-minute/Same day cancellations may result in a fee of 50% of the requested services, as it helps me, a sole proprietor, stay in business. 4. No-Shows ● If you can’t make it and don’t notify me, a charge the full amount of the services that were requested will be processed for the missed appointment. We get it—sometimes things come up! 5. Just Reach Out! If you’re running late or need to change plans, please shoot us a text or call us at (720)-534-3627. I am always here to help! 6. Understanding Situations I totally understand that unless things happen. If you have an emergency, let me know, and I'll do my best to accommodate you. 7. Cancellations & No-Show (PACKAGES ONLY) last-minute (less than 24 hours), a small fee may apply. If you miss an appointment without any communication , that session will be counted as a used session for your package.
